Mother's Day Out

Well Allison finished her first school year..she really misses it and talks about her friends all the time. Unfortunatly she doesn't get to move up with the rest of them to the 3 year old preschool since she was moved up due to the lack of students in her age group.

Allison goes Fishing!!

Jeff and Allison went to Lake Lenexa to do a little fishing...they both had a blast! I think its going to be a regular thing for these two. E and I hung back. It was a little too hot for Emilee...so Grammy and Papa  got to tag along for the fun. And while they were there they had a little picnic!

May 2011

May came and went way too fast with me going back to work..we were just trying to keep up with how fast everything was going. Jeff was working a lot with his side job and neither of us were getting lots of normal sleep. So here are a  bunch of pictures!

 This is about the last of the "woody woodpecker hair" as I call it..it grew out enough to lay down.

 Playing with Raegan on Memorial Day....I hope these two grow up to be as good of friends as their Moms since we met each other in kindergarten!

Easter 2011

Easter weekend was offically my last weekend of maternity leave...we started off going to the easter egg drop from our church. It was an  EVENT. The ball fields behind our church devide the kids by age groups and then the Easter Bunny comes and drops tons of eggs from the helicopter on top of having eggs spread out on the field.  We didn't stick around to play in the bounce house or play other games or have lunch..that was enough excitement for our little kiddos so we went home to dye easter eggs.

Allison got into it more this ear. She had  a lot of fun dying the eggs.

On Easter morning we got up to see what the easter bunny had left for Allison and Emilee and got in our Sunday best for Easter service!

 After church we headed over to my parents house since Grammy and Papa were somewhere in the carribean we had only one house to attend. Allison and an Easter egg hunt and did pretty well!
